1. You Must create And buzz account frist. than start follow some people.

2.than goto the reader account of google. and active your reader account.

3. load your full blog in the reader account. you need blog to do this.

4. start sharing your content in reader account.

5. Don't Use Adult Content in Buzz account for sharing, they will block your account .

the buzz system is a old story now.
but you can use your google+ account to do the same thing. and semi adult thing is ok with google+ . but if somebody have any prob then delete the post from google+.
